Lesson Plan Reflection

Go online at http://www.uen.org or another lesson plans site and find a lesson plan for the grade that you would like to teach.

Choose one of the developmental theorists we learned about - Piaget, Vygotsky, Erikson, or Kohlberg. Analyze the lesson plan using the principles and recommendations of that theory.

Write a reflection about the lesson plan that discusses why you selected it, which theory you used to analyze it, which principles of the theory are demonstrated in the lesson plan (provide specific examples), and why you do or do not feel that the lesson is developmentally appropriate based on the theory you chose.

Include your name and the URL for the lesson plan at the top of your reflection. Post the reflection in the whole class discussion area of Blackboard.
